Shipping Policy – The Beauty Aesthetic

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please allow additional time during holidays or high-volume periods.

The Beauty Aesthetic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Local Pickup Policy – The Beauty Aesthetic

Local pickup is available for select orders.

Once your order is ready, you will be notified with pickup instructions. Please do not arrive before confirmation.

Orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification. Failure to pick up within this time frame may result in order cancellation without refund.

A valid ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.

Please communicate in advance if you need to reschedule your pickup time.

 

Refund Policy – The Beauty Aesthetic

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any lash products.

If there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect items), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

Booking Policy – The Beauty Aesthetic

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will go toward your final balance.

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred once to a new date.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to cancellation or a late fee.

No-call/no-shows will result in a canceled appointment and loss of deposit. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.

Please come to your appointment with clean lashes and no makeup. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.
